No—Rize doesn’t offer cash loans. We pay the landlord the annual rent upfront, and the tenant repays in monthly installments under an annual contract; it’s not a personal loan or liability.
Rize fees start from 15% and vary based on several factors, including the applicant’s financial profile and payment arrangement.
