Yes—Rize is licensed by the General Real Estate Authority (Val License No. 2100000884).

No—Rize doesn’t offer cash loans. We pay the landlord the annual rent upfront, and the tenant repays in monthly installments under an annual contract; it’s not a personal loan or liability.

Rize fees start from 15% and vary based on several factors, including the applicant’s financial profile and payment arrangement.
