- Do not use any illegal means to access advertisements or other users’ data, violate the policy and rights of the Rise platform, access the content of the platform, collect and collect information and data related to the platform and its customers, and benefit from it in any way or republish it.
- Not to violate the restrictions on the platform or to bypass or circumvent the violation of other measures used with the aim of preventing or restricting access to this platform.
- Do not use our Services if you are not legally qualified to perform this Agreement, for example you are under the age of 18 or you are temporarily or permanently banned from using the Platform.
- Not manipulating prices, whether in buying or selling, and causing harm to other customers.
- Not to publish fake or speculative advertisements or false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, slanderous, defamatory comments, and the Rise platform may cancel, without prior notice, all false advertisements.
- Not taking any action based on the opinions and evaluation of customers or deviating from the content of the advertisement.
- Do not post, distribute or upload any defamatory, offensive, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, racist, morally inappropriate or otherwise unlawful content or information
- Not forging any file attached to the Rise platform.
- Not copying the advertiser’s right to any advertisement that has been added.
- Do not transfer your account or activity to other sites while carrying our logo or services.
- Not to infringe the copyright, trademarks, patents, publicity, database or other proprietary or intellectual rights belonging to the Rise Platform or licensed to the Rise Platform.
- Not infringing others’ property, intellectual or patent rights.
- Not to collect information about other platform users for commercial or other purposes.
- Not to do anything that could harm the reputation of the Rise platform.
- Do not impersonate the Rise platform, its representative or employee, or any description that suggests that you are affiliated with the platform unless you have official permission from the platform.
- Not to obtain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or any account of a member on the Platform, or to impersonate any identity or misrepresent membership with another person.
- You will not use any automated device, software or means to access, retrieve, copy or index our Online Platform or any content on the Rise Online Platform.
- Not to perform any action that imposes any burden or causes an increase in traffic demands on our infrastructure that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be unreasonable or inappropriate use of the Platform.
- Do not use or index any content or data on the Rise platform on the Internet for the purposes of:
- Build or populate a searchable real estate database.
- Building a database of information related to real estate.
- Compete with us in any way that we have not specifically authorized.
- You shall not transmit or attempt to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects or any other destructive material.
- We reserve the right to exercise whatever measures we deem necessary to prevent unauthorized access to use of the Platform, including without limitation, erecting technological barriers, or reporting your conduct to any person or entity.
- It is your personal responsibility to comply with all of our Terms and Conditions which includes the full and timely payment of all amounts due while complying with all relevant rules about commission and fees.
- If it appears to the Rise platform that you have breached any of these terms and conditions, and on the other hand, prove otherwise when using the platform. It reserves the right to:

Second: Advertising Terms:
- The advertisement must be for the sale, rental or kissing of real estate only.
- The advertiser is committed to the validity of all the information entered.
- The ad must be fully detailed and in the correct section.
- The platform has the right to delete any advertisement without stating the reason for the deletion.
- It is forbidden to copy any advertisement from the platform.
- It is forbidden to use any part of any advertisement on the platform.
- The advertiser is obligated to have the images added in the advertisement for the same advertised property.
- The advertiser shall attach realistic pictures of the advertised property.
- The advertiser is obligated to follow up and update his advertisement continuously.
- The advertiser is obligated to follow up on the interaction of visitors, whether through communication or messages via the platform.
- The advertiser is obligated to close the advertisement after the rental or sale process.
Third: Responsibility of Rise:
- The Rise platform was established to be comprehensive for all types of real estate throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Rise platform offers various real estate services and the ability to search or advertise real estate. It allows communication with the advertiser directly, and the advertiser is responsible for the validity of the advertisement details, including the supporting papers that have been attached, and the commitment In accordance with the laws and regulations applied in the country with regard to the sale and marketing of real estate, and it is important for the customer to understand that all responsibility lies with the advertiser directly, and the advertiser is automatically classified from the system based on his activity, for example (real estate agency, real estate marketer..)
- The Rise platform does not provide any guarantees and we do not bear any responsibility in the event that the user does not comply with the platform usage policy, and we are not responsible for any risk, damages, liabilities or losses incurred by the seller, buyer or any other party, and those who are affected by the damage must inform us of that from By communicating on the following email: the one who is on it, and the Rise platform will take action according to the type of incident without any responsibility
- And you should review the security policy of the Rise platform to know the necessary measures to take when you are exposed to some kind of damage. Noting that the Rise platform will document and archive complaints and violating facts and keep them for submission to the relevant authorities in case the initiative is necessary to submit them or was requested at any time.
- Your registration on the Rise platform means that you authorize us to save your data that you entered on the company’s servers, and we have the right to view and review it. You also agree that we have the right to monitor private messages when needed to ensure that they are free from violations of the usage agreement, and we have the right to delete the advertisement and dispose of the attached images when needed, and the Rise platform has the right to suspend membership without giving reasons.
- We keep real estate details “Details” in good faith but these details are generated directly by clients and/or third parties and we do not verify them. It is your responsibility to make your own inquiries and we make no warranty and assume no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any of the information contained in the details.
- You are responsible for verifying, confirming and ensuring that the Details are correct, you are responsible for employing surveyors and/or obtaining legal advice before committing to any purchase, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you act in good faith towards any third parties. You acknowledge and confirm that your use of the Rise Online Platform will at all times comply with these Terms of Use and any other terms that may apply to you in connection with your use of the Rise Online Platform, including all modifications to these Terms.
- In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, compensation for loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform, even if any Our authorized representatives may have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
- We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with:

Sixth: Compensation:

Seventh: Security Policy:
- The Rise platform is committed to the usage agreement and the privacy of use, but we are not a party to any dispute or issues that arise between users due to one or both of them violating the usage agreement, but it seeks to enhance the security aspect of the platform in order to limit and eliminate the infringements made by some of the platform users in a way that violates Agreement, policy, privacy and terms of use, in order to achieve the integrity of buying and selling, combat fraud, fraud, fraud and deception, and follow the laws, legislation and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. - These terms and conditions apply to all tenants using the Rize platform.
Eighth: Commitment Policy:
- Upon entering into a lease agreement, the tenant shall specify a specific date of each month (“due date“) on which they are obligated to pay the rent.
- In the event of the tenant’s delay in paying the rent on the due date, and within a maximum of 7 days, Rize will proceed to the Execution Court to claim the rent, and legal fees of Up to SAR 700 per claim will be imposed. The legal fees will appear as a separate invoice in the application by the end of 7th day. In addition, the court may impose legal costs of SAR 500 per claim on the defaulter.
- If the tenant fails to fulfill their obligations and is late in payment on the due date for twice during the lease agreement, Rize has the right to demand eviction based on the lease agreement, imposing a legal fee up to SAR 7,000 for eviction application.
- In case of late payment, Rize will notify the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH), which will affect the tenant’s credit report.
- Late payment will also affect Rize’s decisions regarding future dealings with the same tenant, including lease renewal.
Ninth: Breaking the lease Policy:
- Tenants must commit to the full lease term as required in the rental agreement.
- If you wish to break the lease before the term ends, you may submit a request by proposing another tenant who is willing to complete the contract. Each request will be assessed individually. Rize reserves the right to accept or reject the new tenant according to its policies.
- The current tenant must continue to make payments until the new tenant is accepted and the lease agreement is signed.
- No cancellation requests will be considered unless all outstanding financial obligations have been settled.
