Rize, a leader in providing flexible rental solutions through the “Rent Now, Pay Later” service, and Aqar, the largest digital marketplace in the Kingdom, have announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement aimed at launching Rize’s services on the Aqar platform.

The “Rent Now, Pay Later” service from Rize offers an innovative solution by converting annual lease payments from a single payment to 12 monthly installments, providing tenants with financial flexibility while ensuring that property owners receive the full annual rent in advance.
Through this partnership, users of the Aqar platform will be able to benefit from this service, thus simplifying the rental process and enhancing the user experience.

In this context, Ibrahim Balilah, founder and CEO of Rize, stated: “This partnership with the Aqar platform represents an important strategic step, as Aqar is the largest in the Kingdom and has a wide base of tenants. This collaboration will allow us to reach a large segment of users and provide the ‘Rent Now, Pay Later’ service through a comprehensive and seamless experience”.

Both parties confirm that this partnership will help improve tenants’ access to available rental options, with a commitment to providing solutions that meet the growing needs of the real estate market in the Kingdom.
