No. Each application is reviewed individually based on the client’s eligibility and financial capability.

The client must:

Be a Saudi national or resident
Be currently employed
Be registered with GOSI (Social Insurance)
Have a monthly salary that aligns with the rental amount
Earn a minimum salary of SAR 5,000
Have a minimum annual rent of SAR 20,000

Yes. Rize pays the landlord the full agreed rental amount upfront, while the tenant repays Rize monthly.

In some cases, yes. This depends on the current contract status and whether it can be renewed or reissued in line with Rize’s process.
