Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 16 September 2026 — Rize, Saudi Arabia's leading residential rental solutions platform, has secured a SAR 187.5 million (USD 50 million), asset-backed Murabaha facility from Jadwa Investment, a leading investment management and advisory firm in the Middle East.
Rize enables eligible customers to pay their annual rent through 12 monthly payments rather than making large annual or semiannual payments upfront, while landlords receive the full annual rent in advance. Each transaction is completed through a lease documented on the Ejar platform, providing tenants, landlords, and real estate brokers with a clearer, more seamless, and reliable rental experience.
The facility will be used to finance Rize's rental contract portfolio, strengthening the company's ability to meet growing demand for flexible rental solutions. It will also allow Rize to direct its equity capital toward product development, technology, talent, strategic partnerships, and continued expansion across the Kingdom.
The facility comes at a time of strong momentum for Rize. Over the past two years, rental contract volumes facilitated through the platform have increased more than 24-fold. Revenue grew 6.4-fold in 2025, while the customer renewal rate surpassed 60%.
Since its launch, Rize has received rental applications representing more than SAR 5.75 billion in aggregate value, demonstrating significant and sustained demand for monthly rent payment solutions within Saudi Arabia's rental market, which is estimated at approximately SAR 150 billion annually.
Today, Rize serves more than 400,000 registered users and works with a network of over 2,900 real estate partners, with services available across all regions of Saudi Arabia.

"We are building a model in which portfolio growth is supported by Shariah-compliant financing, while company growth is driven by innovation. This facility gives us a strong foundation to expand our services and continue investing in the technology, products, and partnerships that make renting easier for tenants and more efficient for landlords and real estate brokers."
"We are pleased to support Rize with this asset-backed Murabaha facility. The transaction reflects Jadwa's strategy of delivering structured private credit solutions that support growth and scalability of businesses across Saudi Arabia."
Rize is backed by a group of investors that includes SEEDRA Ventures, Raed Ventures, HALA Ventures, JOA Capital, Aqar Platform, Banat Ventures, NAMA Ventures, Wathiq Financial, and Razam Investment.
The facility marks the beginning of a new phase of growth for Rize as the company expands its reach and introduces new products supporting the entire rental lifecycle. This growth aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance quality of life, advance digital transformation, develop the real estate sector, and promote greater financial inclusion.
Founded in 2021 by Ibrahim Balilah and Mohammed Alfraihi, Rize is a Saudi company building the infrastructure for the Kingdom's residential rental market.
The platform enables eligible tenants to pay their annual rent monthly, while landlords receive the full annual rent upfront. It also equips real estate brokers with the tools needed to complete rental transactions more efficiently.
